Certain pages on this Site (including "A Quiet Space") allow visitors to submit stories, quotes, or names.

Submissions to "My Journey" are anonymous by design. We do not knowingly collect names, contact information, or identifying details through this form.

Submissions to "Not Forgotten" collect only a first name (or chosen name), submitted voluntarily for the purpose of remembrance.

By submitting content, you confirm it is your own and that you have the right to share it. We reserve the right to decline or remove any submission at our discretion.

5. Important Notice About "A Quiet Space"
The "A Quiet Space" page, and its Resources, My Journey, and Not Forgotten sections, are offered as a compassionate, informational resource. 6. Products & Merchandise Sales
Digital products (ebooks, downloadable content) are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Physical books (softcover and hardcover) that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a replacement only. To submit a claim, email shandrades@proton.me within 15 business days of the purchase date shown on your receipt, including:

Claims submitted after the 15th business day from the purchase date on your receipt will be at the author's discretion.
